Reporting infringement

A copyright notice should include:

• Your name and contact details, and a physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• The exact page URL on this Site (for example /video/...) that you want removed.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Personal removal requests

If you appear in content listed here and did not consent, or you were under 18 when it was made, we prioritize the request and remove the listing promptly. Because the video itself lives on a third-party site, you should also report it to that site directly.

Counter-notice

If you believe a listing was removed by mistake, a counter-notice should include your contact details, the removed URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

Repeat infringers

We will remove sources that are repeatedly the subject of valid notices from the catalog.
